Glamorous Green Tutu

I made this tutu at the last minute before my in-school Senior Halloween. I couldn't find a grass skirt in any Halloween stores (crazy right?) so I put my improvisation skills to the task. I used this tutu as a makeshift grass skirt and it worked perfectly!
